Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Entry
1.1. To participate in The Great Coffee Break Treasure Hunt 2025 (“Competition”), participants must complete and submit the official Entry Form, providing their name, language they are learning, email address, and guesses for all four mystery locations.
1.2. Each participant may submit only one entry.

2. Submission Deadline
2.1. All entries must be received by 11:59pm UK / 7:59pm Eastern on Tuesday, 29th October 2025. Entries submitted after this time will be ineligible.

3. Entry Requirements
3.1. To qualify, entries must include the correct names of the four specific cities. Country names alone, without specific cities, will be marked as incorrect. Entries should be written in English and only the city should be given.

4. Prize and Redemption
4.1. Participants who correctly identify all four locations (“Successful Participants”) and who are not existing members of Coffee Break TV will be awarded a free subscription to the Coffee Break TV platform for the month of November 2025, providing unlimited access to its library of video content in French, German, Spanish or Italian. Participants will be invited to indicate their preferred language on the entry form.
4.2. Participants who correctly identify all four locations and who are existing members of Coffee Break TV will qualify for a $25 / £20 voucher which can be redeemed against courses in the Coffee Break Academy.

4.3 Participants will be notified by email using the address provided in their Entry Form, and will receive instructions on how to redeem their prize.
4.4. To redeem the prize, Successful Participants must create an account on CoffeeBreakTV.
4.5. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

5. Subscription Details
5.1. New subscribers redeeming the free month may be required to provide payment card details upon redemption. No charge will be incurred, provided they follow the coupon code instructions.
5.2. Following the free month, subscriptions will automatically renew monthly at USD $24.99 (or local equivalent). Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. In order to ensure that no payment will be taken after one month, subscriptions must be cancelled.

6. Prize Draw Entry and Prizes
6.1. Successful Participants will also automatically be entered into an additional prize draw for a chance to win all current courses available in their selected language from the Coffee Break Academy.
6.2. There will be four winners in total. Successful participants will be grouped by the language indicated on their entry, and one winner will be randomly selected from each language group (French, German, Italian, Spanish).
6.3. Winners will be announced in a live YouTube broadcast at 4pm UK (12pm Eastern) on Thursday 30th October 2025, and notified by email.
6.4. Winners must respond to the notification email within 7 days. Unclaimed prizes may be reallocated or withheld at our discretion.
6.5. The prize draw prize includes all current courses available on the Coffee Break Academy in the selected language, excluding future publications and certain cohort-based courses.
6.6. The courses included are as follows: (for French) Coffee Break French Seasons 1-4, La Vérité éclate toujours Parts 1-4, Il était une fois, High Five French Packs 1-4, One Minute French, the Coffee Break French Verb Fix, En Route avec Coffee Break French, and all current seasons of the Coffee Break French Travel Diaries, the Coffee Break French Reading Club, the Coffee Break French Magazine, Coffee Break French To Go, and Scenes from the Coffee Break Café Seasons 1-2; (for German) Coffee Break German Seasons 1-3, One Minute German, A Flavour of German, and all current seasons of the Coffee Break German Travel Diaries, the Coffee Break German Reading Club, the Coffee Break German Magazine, Coffee Break German To Go, and Scenes from the Coffee Break German Café Seasons 1-2; (for Italian) Coffee Break Italian Seasons 1-3, One Minute Italian, and all current seasons of the Coffee Break Italian Travel Diaries, the Coffee Break Italian Reading Club, the Coffee Break Italian Magazine, Coffee Break Italian To Go, and Scenes from the Coffee Break Italian Café Seasons 1-2; (for Spanish) Coffee Break Spanish Seasons 1-4, La penúltima voluntad, High Five Spanish Packs 1-4, One Minute Spanish, En Marcha con Coffee Break Spanish, Coffee Break Spanish Espresso, and all current seasons of the Coffee Break Spanish Travel Diaries, the Coffee Break Spanish Reading Club, the Coffee Break Spanish Magazine, Coffee Break Spanish To Go, and Scenes from the Coffee Break Spanish Café Seasons 1-2. The prize also includes lifetime membership to the Coffee Break TV Subscription for that language.
6.7. The courses excluded are as follows: any course not yet published, the Coffee Break French Masterclass, the Coffee Break Spanish Masterclass, the Coffee Break Italian Masterclass, Guided Learning - La penúltima voluntad.

7. Disqualification
7.1. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or rescind any prize if the entrant is found to engage in unsafe, illegal, inappropriate, or unsociable behaviour.

8. Additional Terms
8.1. Courses will be added to winners’ accounts on Tuesday 4th November 2025.
8.2. The decision of Coffee Break Languages is final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.
